As of July 2025, a new chapter begins for the Goudappel Group, of which Città Sotto Scacco Srl is a part. We express our sincere gratitude to Director Wim Korver, who has led the Group with vision and passion over the past eight years, and we warmly welcome Eline Devillers, the new Managing Director of the Group.

Wim Korver has been much more than a director. Within the Group, he has been a key point of reference for Città Sotto Scacco Srl, strengthening the connections between all companies of the Goudappel Group and creating a fertile ground for international collaboration, innovation, and growth. Under his leadership, the Group has grown from 200 to over 300 professionals, continuously reinforcing its position as a leading player in the field of sustainable urban mobility planning and design across Europe.

At Città Sotto Scacco, we have greatly appreciated not only his strategic vision but also his ability to foster human and professional relationships among colleagues from different countries and backgrounds. We wish him every success in the next phase of his career as Senior Advisor within the Mobility & Space team.

At the same time, we enthusiastically welcome the new Group Director, Eline Devillers. With extensive experience in the consultancy sector, Eline has demonstrated a deep understanding of the challenges we face in our daily work. Her focus on innovation, teamwork, and sustainable growth represents a valuable continuation of the path laid so far, while also offering fresh momentum toward new opportunities.

We are confident that under her leadership, Goudappel will continue to be an inspiring environment where innovation, expertise, and collaboration translate into concrete solutions for the mobility of the future.

Welcome aboard, Eline – and heartfelt thanks to Wim.
